The HOPE Project Mobile Health Clinic, our partnership with Tri-City Health Center, provides health and social services to people in southern and eastern Alameda County experiencing homelessness. Click here for a schedule of its weekly stops. 

Seeking shelter and services?

If you are currently homeless, we have two dedicated programs that can help with emergency shelter and services.

To check for available space at Sunrise Village Emergency Shelter in Fremont, which serves both individuals and families, call (510) 252-0910.

Are you in Napa County?

The Hope Center provides basic services to homeless individuals and also serves as an entrance point for all three homeless shelters, click here. Call (707) 259-8133 or email napainfo@abodeservices.org.
