The HOPE Project Mobile Health Clinic, our partnership with Tri-City Health Center, provides health and social services to people in southern and eastern Alameda County experiencing homelessness. Click here for a schedule of its weekly stops. 

Seeking shelter and services?

If you are currently homeless, we have two dedicated programs that can help with emergency shelter and services.

To check for available space at Sunrise Village Emergency Shelter in Fremont, which serves both individuals and families, call (510) 252-0910.

If you are seeking assistance with finding or keeping housing, you can fill out the form below.
