The HOPE Project Mobile Health Clinic, our partnership with Tri-City Health Center, provides health and social services to people in southern and eastern Alameda County experiencing homelessness. Click here for a schedule of its weekly stops.

If you are currently homeless, we have two dedicated programs that can help with emergency shelter and services.
