Need Assistance?

If you are experiencing homelessness or are in need of services, this page has information that may be helpful to you.

The HOPE Project Mobile Health Clinic, our partnership with Tri-City Health Center, provides health and social services to people in southern and eastern Alameda County experiencing homelessness. Click here for a schedule of its weekly stops.

Seeking shelter and services?

If you are currently homeless, we recommend that you call 2-1-1 for open programs. 2-1-1- gives you free information about local housing, health, and human services. If you cannot dial 2-1-1, call 1-888-886-9660.

Our emergency shelter and Rapid Re-Housing programs no longer accept direct referrals or calls. This change will be permanent.
