Journey Home Tours
Do you have an hour? Then you have time to take a behind-the-scenes look at our programs!
Built in 1993, Sunrise Village Emergency Shelter was our first permanent program site. More than twenty years later, it continues to provide essential safety net services to more than 260 adults and children each year.
Come to our next Journey Home Tour to learn more about this and our other programs.
Our Journey Home Tours of Sunrise Village Emergency Shelter take place every other month. They run from 12:30 to 1:30, so you can visit on your lunch hour.
The tour features a look at the shelter grounds, along with remarks from Board members, staff, and a family residing at the shelter.
Attending a tour is a great way to learn more about who in our community is homeless, how our programs are ending homelessness - and what you can do to help.
Sunrise Village is at 588 Brown Road in Fremont.
